DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping within Australia
Candles and Cushion Covers are shipped at a rate of $4.95, all other items are dispatched from Sydney NSW at a flat rate of $12.95.
For items over 3kg, oversize parcels, deliveries to remote locations or outside of Australian Metro areas there may be a surcharge. You will be advised prior to the order being dispatched. If you are unhappy with the additional charge we will refund your order.
For larger items that require specialist freight, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping cost.
Is available, please contact us at email@example.com with your delivery details and we will confirm a price for postage prior to dispatching your order. Please note that next business day delivery is only guaranteed within the Australia Post Express Network.
Local Pick Up
Is available for those living in the Sydney Northern Beaches area, please email us prior to confirming your order and we will arrange a collection time with you. Once this has been confirmed please select Local Pick Up for free postage at checkout.
Is available on certain items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your delivery address details, and we will provide you with a postage cost prior to shipping.
As seasoned online shoppers ourselves we know the excitement of having the doorbell ring and a postman deliver your online order! As such we do everything in our power to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Depending on stock availability your goods will be dispatched within 1-5 business days from receipt of your order. As soon as your order has left our store you will be notified via email and you will be able to track the delivery progress online.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery a card will be left in your mailbox for collection at your local post office.
We endeavour to keep our stock levels updated at all times, but in some instances items may become unavailable due to high demand, in these instances we will notify you as soon as possible.
If your goods arrive damaged please let us know within 3 days of receipt by emailing a photograph of the damaged item to email@example.com
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase please return to us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or damaged. We will cover the costs of shipping and returns where the error is on our part. Our returns and exchange policy is valid only if products are returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.
Please be aware that most parcels need to be signed for on delivery. In cases where this may not be possible, you can make pre-arrangement to give authority to leave your goods unattended as part of the delivery instructions when placing your order. We recommend the use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. Please note that Daly House cannot be held responsible for your order once it has been delivered.
